Our Principal Doctor: Dr Les Blackstock
Les is not your average doctor; his philosophies
and training bring him to a unique position to be able to guide us in how we
can best help you. He is a fun loving person who has realised that there is
more to life than just serving your own interests.And you know the stigma that "doctors are in it for the money?" Well Les seeks to throw that stigma out the window. He insists on putting others before himself and invests more into human values than material possessions.
Being a father of four boys, Les understands the value of family. While still juggling family time and remaining fit and active, he brings those values to work and goes out of his way for his patients.

Our Head Nurse: Violet Blackstock
Not only is she a fantastic lip sculptor, but her reputation as an injector is
definitely one to be envied, and it only keeps improving with each treatment
she performs. This is due, in part, to regular training to perfect her
technique, but mainly because of her personal goal to achieve the best results
for YOU.Although this is the service she provides on most days of the week, as a registered nurse, she is also fully qualified to attend all of the surgical procedures and offer her female support to female clients who request it.
On top of this, she somehow manages to keep Les and the boys under control at home (what a Mum!)
Our Theatre/Injecting Nurse: Skye
Recently joined us and we have discovered a gem!
She will care for you during any surgeries with us and is rapidly developing in to a artist with her use of cosmetic injection and the Cutera Laser System.
Skye has the "eye" for deatils and will assist you in the transformation that you desire.
You will see more and more of Skye as she gains an increasing role in the treatment of wrinkle and the affects of aging.
Our Beauty Therapist: Simone
Simone has progressed from being our apprentice to being our lead therapist in our Western Sydney Clinic.
Don't let her age fool you! She has a presence that everyone feels is way beyond her years and this is reflected in her work. She will go that little extra to make your treatment as enjoyable as possible. Once you have a treatment from her rebook early to avoid dissappointment as her bookings fill quickly.
Our Beauty Therapist: Louise
Louise is from Canada (but don't hold that against her) and brings international experience to manage our city clinic.
She has an extensive experience with treating your skin and also in using our new Cutera laser systems to treat you unwanted hair and other little imperfects.
She alos gives a spectacular massage and if very familar with advanced skin care using the Obagi range.
Our Beauty Therapist: Teegan
You will hear Teegan's lovely voice on the phones in the mornings and she will be happy to make the bookings you need.
Also she has been a well established therapist in the Western area and we are lucvky to have her join us as she re establishes her career after her beautiful little boys arrival in the world.
You will be tranfixed by her attention to deatil and her care for your appearance and she guarantees that you will leave feeling pampered and cared for.
So make the bookings early and become one of her regulars as we know that she will be hard to make bookings with very soon
Our Apprentice Beauty Therapist: Georgia
Our newest addition. Georgia is just starting on her journey with us to be an excellent therapis.
She is developing well under the guidance of Simone and is rapidly developing into a little gem with her spray tanning skills

Our Sales and Marketing Manager: Diana
Diana is new to the team having been working in London for the last 7 years. Diana is a very energetic enthusiatsic person who loves a challenge.
Diana's role will be to ensure the sales and marketing strategy for Enhance is successful and helps the business flourish. Diana will be managing all aspects of the day to day running of the business with the help of her great team to assist her.
Diana is also the point of contact for most clients going into surgery so if you need any questions answered, call her anytime!
Senior Administrator : Maria
You may hear Maria's lovely Norwegian accent on the phone helping you make the bookings that you want or arranging the paperwork and adminsitration around the surgical bookings that you will make with us.
She is motivated to get YOU an appointment as close to when YOU desire and to get YOU the service YOU deserve.
Also she is the one who handles all the questions and paperwork to deal with your surgery
Our Accountant and Manager: Victor
Victor comes to us from Vietnam and has recently become a profound Australian Citizen and he has control of the money aspects of the business as our accountant.
Victor has some creative way available to him to help you fund or beauty and cosmetic procedures. If you want you procedures done but find the cost a difficult, don't dispare give victor a call and he will usually be able to help you.
