  Les is not your average doctor; his philosophies and training bring him to a unique position to be able to guide us in how we can best help you. He is a fun loving person who has realised that there is more to life than just serving your own interests.
  
  You know the stigma that "doctors are in it for the money?" Well Les seeks to throw that stigma out the window. He insists on putting others before himself and invests more into human values than material possessions.

  Violet is our head nurse and has a passion for helping people with her acquired skills in cosmetic injecting with muscle relaxants and various fillers. Not only is she a fantastic lip sculptor, but her reputation as an injector is definitely one to be envied, and it only keeps improving with each treatment she performs. This is due to regular training to perfect her technique, but mainly because of her personal goal to achieve the best results for YOU.
  
  Although this is the service she provides on most days of the week, as a registered nurse, she is also fully qualified to attend all of the surgical procedures and offer her female support to female clients who request it. On top of this, she somehow manages to keep Les and the boys under control at home - what a Mum!

  Diana has been with the team for almost 2 years, and has seen the company grow from strength to strength. Diana is expecting her first baby in August and has moved away from the General Manager role to a more Sales and Marketing Role. She is a very energetic, enthusiastic person who loves to promote the business, ensure it is successful and help the business flourish. She also manages the maintenance of the website and business development.
  
  Diana is the point of contact for all advertising and sponsorship so if you need any questions answered, call her anytime!

  Skye is our main city based nurse who manages our cosmetic injecting and body shaping treatments in the CBD of Sydney.
  
  She works at Penrith and works alongside with Dr Blackstock in the surgical theatre for many years, she is a fantastic nurse, and will give excellent advice on any treatment you wish!
  
  With a very long list of returning clients, Skye has a consistent and caring attitude and always looks to achieve the results that you desire.

  Jodie is another one of our wonderful nurses she helps translate Les and Violet's passion and philosophies with her skills in cosmetic injecting, surgical assisting, Venus Freeze and the use of our Cutera Laser.
  
  With extensive nursing experience in ICU and emmergency, Jodie brings a very high calibre of professionalism in our theatre work and also her injecting.
  
  She is very thorough and a hard worker, she will constantly aim to get you the best results & care.

  Deborah has been working with us since April 2011. She is always on the phone and on the move, Deborah's main role is Surgical Co-ordinator where she manages the boolkings and implementation of all surgeries from beginning to end.
  
  Before working for Enhance, Deborah was a Personal Trainer over at Fitness First, and brings her knowledge of the industry into her role. She is very fit, full of energy and can assist you with any Enhance query.

  Zoe is one of our fabulous back office girls. You will occasionally hear and see her on the front desk relieving staff. Her real strength is our website, social marketing and internet interaction with our customers.
  Through her you can get some really good discounts so like us on Facebook and react quickly!
  
  With amazing flair for design, Zoe is the sole person responsible for all our graphic design work and advertising.

  Sharon is a new asset to the team, Sharon brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Enhance Clinic.
  Having worked extensively in the beauty industry, she knows her products and industry so well, she could sell glasses to a blind man!
  
  Also coming from a background in nursing, Sharon assists Dr Blackstock in all surgeries and helps with client care and theatre work.
  
  She is also one of our great Laser and Venus Freeze specialists, Sharon is also currentley studying to become an injector in the near future!
  What a woman!

  Sarah - Having worked at Enhance Day Spa, Sarah brings a great attitude and energy to the team. Moving away from beauty treatments as her main role and into a nurses assistant and administative role.
  
  Sarah is a fabulous alrounder that assists many departments, she is wanting to further her knowledge of nursing and bring her upbeat personality to help with the care of others.
