In the West we are at at a fantastic Day Spa in the Fitness First Gym, Molgoa Road, Penrith, at the foot of the Blue Mountains. We service country NSW (mostly from Katoomba, Lithgow, Bathurst and Organge) and the west of Sydney, (Parramatta, Blacktown, Mount Druitt, Cambelltown, Fairfield, Baulkham Hills District and Windsor) as it is easier to get to us against the traffic to visit us than go to the CBD for most people in the West of Sydney.

We are open till 8pm and by appointments at other times. We can meet you early or late on working days and on Saturdays, but may have to add a little surcharge for that service.
