Some of the available products are:

Collagen: a natural bovine extract. Tests for allergies are essential and a product called Esthellis has mostly replaced this. Hyaluronic acid: non-collagen material suitable for deeper lines and lip augmentation: allergy testing is not necessary. The main products are Restylane from Q Med and Juvederm from Allergan. Fat injections: extracted from patient's own surplus fat synthetic fillers containing calcium hydroxylapatite such as Radiesse. And "permanent" fillers such as Aquamid.
